A former Marshall University cheerleader, who joined the squad in April 2005, has filed a lawsuit charging that she was sexually harassed and threatened by male cheerleaders on the squad.The universitys official statement concerning the matter is “we are unable to comment at this time due to the on-going litigation,” all contacted officials said.
